Please
refer to your gun manual for complete instructions.
Liberally add a few drops of Texas Gold Gun Cleaner to the
slide where you see carbon build up.
This would be mostly by the firing pin assembly and the ejector but feel free to use Texas Gold Gun Cleaner on any parts with gunpowder or carbon residue.
Using a brush scrub along the inside of the slide.
When finished use a patch until all surfaces are clean.
Run a brush (that fits your caliber) through the barrel to loosen up any carbon build up.
Repeat this step until the final patch comes out clean.
We do not want any residue in the barrel.
Now grab your Texas Gold Gun Lube (Sold separately).
Add one to two drops on any surface that may experience friction.
Any metal parts.
